PERSONALIZED AUDIO MESSAGE

Please follow the steps below to submit your custom audio greeting for the Laluna Love Line:

Step 1: Fill out your information
Provide your full name, event date, and email address so we can match your recording to your event.

Step 2: Record your welcome message
Record your message using your phone’s voice memo app in a quiet space. Speak clearly and keep your message short and natural.

Step 3: Keep your message between 10–20 seconds
A short message works best so guests can hear it clearly before leaving their own recording.

 

Step 4: Upload your audio file
Upload your recorded message below. Please make sure the file is clear and easy to hear before submitting. The audio file should be a MP4,  M4A or WAV file with a max of 15 MB. 

 

Step 5: Submit before the deadline
Please send your personalized message at least 1 week before your event to allow time for setup and testing.

 

Recording Tips

• Record in a quiet room with little background noise

• Speak slowly and clearly

• Hold your phone a comfortable distance from your mouth

• Avoid music, echo, or loud surroundings

• Listen back before sending to make sure it sounds clear
