  • What's included in a photo booth package?
    All packages will include unlimited prints, customizable template, an on-site attendant, digital files, photo print out, props, back-drop, set up and tear down. Additional items are added based on the package of your choice.
  • How much space does the photo booth require?
    The photo booth set up requires about 8 x 6 feet of space.
  • What does an on-site attendant do?
    Our on-site attendants ensures that the photo booth operates smoothly and engages with your guests to take photos.
  • Can you print out more than one copy?
    No, only 1-2 copies will print out depending on your choice of film size. Guests are able to take unlimited photos during your event.
  • How quickly can guests receive their prints?
    Photos will be available after a couple minutes.
  • If I provide my own backdrop and props, will the price change?
    No, the package price is firm.
  • Can I extend the rental period if needed?
    Yes, it would be an additional $100 per hour.
  • Where can I submit my template design reference for my event?
    You can fill out the template form with your details and references here. Our designer will create a template personalized to your event.
  • Can I split up the hours during the event?
    No, the booking period must be consecutive.
  • How long does it take to set up the photo booth?
    The photo booth will be set up one hour prior to your start time.
  • Is there a minimum booking time?
    Yes, two hours is the minimum booking time.
  • How do I confirm a photo booth booking?
    One of our representatives will contact you to confirm availability. Once a deposit has been made, your booking will be confirmed.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit card payment and e-transfers.
